I have lost my password
Resetting your password is easy. Follow the steps below to create a new password:
- Click "Forgot your password?" button on a typerdex app login page.
- Enter your email to receive a link to reset your password.
- Select a new password (must be different from the previous one), and validate.
- You can now login with the new password!
Does it work everywhere (Gmail, Outlook etc.)?
Yes! This is where it becomes powerful: typerdex works out of the box in all your apps or websites, no integration needed.
Do you offer a mobile app?
We currently do not offer a mobile app, but it is on our roadmap.
We do not have an ETA at the moment, but we'll communicate as soon as we have updated on our Twitter page, so stay tuned!
Is it compatible with my computer?
We offer native apps for Windows and Mac (both ARM and Intel), so you should be covered!
What is a Variant?
Variants are alternate versions of the same canned response. For instance, you may create several translations, or versions, that adapt to your workflow.
Variants replace translations in typerdex. You can create variants by editing a canned response and creating a new variant in the sidebar.

What is a prompt?
A prompt is a question you ask ChatGPT to interpret and answer. Writing a good prompt enabled you to generate text content (emails, blog posts, social media ideas etc.) effortlessly for all your needs.
Can I share my canned responses with my team?
Sharing your responses is the best way to ensure that consistent messages are sent across the board to your clients, partners etc.
typerdex allows you to share any folder individually, meaning each folder on your account can be shared with different users and permissions.
